Is there an age restriction?

Yes, purchasers must be at least sixteen years of age if an order contains aerosol paint, markers or inks. The company reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and customers accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

What payment methods do you accept?

• Credit/Debit Card
All online payments are handled by Sage Pay, our secure internet payment service for all credit and debit card payments. Sage Pay are the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK and operate to the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They take responsibility for capturing and storing card details on their secure servers.

• Cheque
If you select to pay via cheque the delivery address for your order does not have to be the same as you billing address, your order will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared.

What are your delivery rates?

The delivery fee is calculated automatically and can be viewed by clicking the ‘Shopping Basket’ icon. The charge is determined according to the weight and the destination of the items.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 2-6 working days for delivery, where possible we will notify of any delays by email. Delivery times over the Christmas period may take longer.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

All deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

I am still awaiting my order what should I do?

Most products are usually delivered in 2-6 working days. Occasionally due to postal delays they can take longer. Please fill out the ‘Questions About Orders' form if you do not receive your item(s) within 6 working days of purchase so that we may help to retrieve your goods.
