Is there an age restriction?
Yes, purchasers must be at least sixteen years of age if an order contains aerosol paint, markers or inks. The company reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and customers accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.
What payment methods do you accept?
• Credit/Debit Card
All online payments are handled by Sage Pay, our secure internet payment service for all credit and debit card payments. Sage Pay are the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK and operate to the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They take responsibility for capturing and storing card details on their secure servers. If you select to pay via Sage Pay the delivery address for your order must be the same as your billing address, if the addresses are different your order will be immediately refunded. The billing address should be exactly the same address that is on the statement of the credit/debit card you are using to make your purchase.
• Cheque
If you select to pay via cheque the delivery address for your order does not have to be the same as you billing address, your order will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared.
Do you deliver outside the U.K.?
Currently we are only able to deliver to U.K. addresses.
What are your delivery rates?
The delivery fee is calculated automatically and can be viewed by clicking the ‘Shopping Basket’ icon. The charge is determined according to the weight and the destination of the items.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery, where possible we will notify of any delays by email.
Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
All deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
I am still awaiting my order what should I do?
Most products are usually delivered in 2-5 working days. Occasionally due to postal delays they can take longer. Please fill out the ‘Questions About Orders' form if you do not receive your item(s) within 5 working days of purchase so that we may help to retrieve your goods.

Illuminarty Colors is a UK owned company, our products are designed in the UK and distributed world-wide from our UK headquarters. We manufacture our spray paint range in the Far East utilising the finest raw materials sourced from around the world. Illuminarty Colors has secured strong financial backing from an investor who is an ardent supporter of the graffiti art scene, accordingly we can offer customers high quality products at affordable prices.
